Join the excitement of NOPI Nationals, where automotive enthusiasts gather for high-energy events featuring custom car displays, competitive races, and live entertainment. As a vendor, you’ll have the opportunity to connect directly with a passionate audience, showcase your products or services, and enhance your brand’s visibility.

Promotional Inclusion: Vendor names featured in all social media and television advertisements.

Vendor Rules:

  1. Vendor/Sponsor Booth & Fees
    • Vendor/Sponsor agrees to rent booth space at the Event for a fee of desired size.
    • Booth sizes and locations will be assigned at the Organizer’s discretion.
    • Payment is due in full upon signing this Agreement to confirm participation.
  2. Vendor/Sponsor Responsibilities
    • Vendor/Sponsor must provide all necessary equipment, materials, and personnel for operation.
    • Vendor/Sponsor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and venue rules.
    • Vendor/Sponsor is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe booth area.
    • Vendor/Sponsor must not sublease or share their booth without Organizer’s prior consent.
  3. Permits & Insurance
    • Vendor/Sponsor is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and licenses required for their
      operations.
    • Vendor/Sponsor shall carry liability insurance with a minimum coverage, naming Organizer as an
      additional insured.
  4. Cancellation Policy
    • If Vendor/Sponsor cancels on or before show cancellation deadline, a full refund will be issued.
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the deadline.
    • This is a rain or shine event.
  5. Indemnification & Liability
    • Vendor/Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer, venue, and affiliates from any
      claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from Vendor/Sponsor’s participation.
    • Organizer is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property of the Vendor/Sponsor.
  6. Marketing & Promotion
    • Organizer may use Vendor/Sponsor’s name and logo for event promotional materials.
    • Vendor/Sponsor is encouraged to promote their participation in the event through their marketing
      channels.
  7. Miscellaneous
    • This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior
      discussions.
    • Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Georgia.
